The Tech Bros Accelerator is the world's first all-female, all-technical accelerator programme, built to support founding teams at an early stage & to propel them into investor-ready startups. It's an 8 week programme with a strong emphasis on customer discovery and product development, with an intense focus on building.
The programme is open to applicants worldwide and takes place during the summer every year. It kicks off with a two-week hacker house in a cabin in the Norwegian mountains & is followed by a six-week hybrid programme, anchored in London, combining in-person collaboration with remote flexibility.
The selection process is highly competitive, with an acceptance rate of 8.7%. We select the boldest, most ambitious candidates with a proven ability to build technical products and iterate quickly. You can find out more about our interview style here.

Building AI-powered tools to eliminate waiting lists for neurodiversity assessment professionals. Founded by a senior clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in neuroscience from Oxford and ML engineer with deep domain expertise in AI for medical applications. They entered the programme with an early-stage concept and left with an MVP, and have since launched 4 pilots, secured 8 Letters of Intent, received Innovate UK funding (which has a less than 2% success rate); they now have a pipeline worth over £20 million.
